STRATEGIC PLANNING & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

We facilitate evidence based and participatory approaches to developing 
3-5 year strategic plans with community groups and local governments. 

The process typically includes:

Establishing internal steering groups and external reference groups to guide and focus the planning process;

Literature reviews, community needs analysis ,forecasting and scenario planning;

Opening up communication between all stakeholders;

Workshops of internal and external stakeholders to develop or review vision, core values and strategic objectives;

Generation and evaluation of options;

Setting of specific, measurable, agreed, relevant & time limited (SMART) objectives; and

Realigning staffing structure and improving internal systems to achieve strategic objectives.

ENGAGING HARD TO REACH & DISADVANTAGED GROUPS

We can help you engage with groups in consultation, service planning and development.

Eureka’s Director Michael O’Hanlon offers a dynamic and creative approach to mentoring 
workers in the community development field.  

Based on his training in Social Work Supervision and Rothman’s community development project model he combines academic knowledge with practical wisdom in order to help you better understand community dynamics, leading to more empowered 
groups and communities.
